    THE LOCATION

    This incredible hospitality experience will see you taking in the weekends racing – not to mention the breath-taking scenery of Monte Carlo – from a VIP TRI-DECK Super Yacht.

    Our Super Yacht boasts three decks of luxury, with plenty of space for relaxation, socialising and partying. The vessel will benefit from incredible mooring locations in Monaco, meaning you’ll have unbeatable track-side seats to the world’s greatest racing event. Our Super Yacht will be moored in the heart of the famous Port Hercule Marina of Monaco for a track-side view of the year’s most exciting motorsporting event.

    With the incredible surroundings of Port Hercule along with views of the street video screens you’ll have the perfect view all weekend, there’s no better place to catch all the action and the ultimate spectacle of the Monaco Race Weekend.

    CELEBRITY SPEAKERS

    Join us on one of the race days to meet past or present F1 celebrities. This event is the ideal opportunity to meet and ask them about the famous street circuit and any other questions you may have. Previous speakers include Johnny Herbert and Eddie Jordan. They were chosen for their experience, knowledge and genuine pleasure in meeting fans of the sport. We will have a great line up for 2024 so remember to bring your camera!

    DAILY TRANSFERS + VIP TRAVEL

    Our preferred local transport companies are on-hand to offer daily transfers to and from the circuit, as well as travel arrangements to and from airports. We offer exclusive VIP transfers and transport via chauffeur driven limousine or helicopter during your unique experience. Please enquire for further details.

    All you need to do is let us know your preferred event by emailing sales@trophyevents.co.uk or calling 01786232529. We can then confirm your chosen event package details including, party size, date, hospitality package and price. If you’re happy, we will then issue you with a booking form. The electronic booking form can be easily completed and returned using your computer or smart device.

    Payments are processed at the time of booking. In addition to receiving your event booking form you will also receive an email with your invoice attached. We accept Bacs, cheque and credit card payments.

    Upon receipt of your signed booking form and payment, Trophy Events will issue a formal email confirmation of your order, along with a receipt. Once this confirmation has been sent, your order is officially confirmed and the countdown to your event begins! 

    Yes, we can. We source Hospitality for a huge variety of events. If there’s a specific event you’re interested in give us a call or drop us an email. One of our specialist Event Mangers will be happy to help.

    No problem. A dietary requirement form will be sent to you in the lead up to the event. Simply fill it out and return it or call your Event Manager to record any specific requirements.

    Hospitality packs are sent to you recorded delivery prior to the event. Some tickets will be available to collect on the day at the event venue itself.

    Your Hospitality packs will include all details required to attend and enjoy your event. Please ensure that all your guests are given their Hospitality packs prior to the event.
